| Wow..I was really impressed by the service provided by ziptrips. We travelled from delhi to agra and fathepursikri. According to the travel desk of the hotel i stayed this trip will be costing 6900for taxi. I just searched google and found ziptrip. As soon as I entered the site Customer care lady Miss Amani appeared in the chat box offering any help. With in 5 minutes in was able to book and confirm my trip with the help of Miss Amani. The Driver Raju was silent, but i liked it. He just talked whenever it is needed. He never replayed me NO. He is wonderful driver. We all of the family enjoyed the trip. The Zip Trips team contacted me via mobile several time for telling the confirnation and timing etc. Amazingly they even didnt stop asking whether evering thing is ok until next day of trip. I dont think any agent can give this much of care to their customers. I will opt ziptrips in my future trips aswell, and i advice Ziptrips.in for any travellers. |

| I liked the whole process of booking. its quite convenient and self-explanatory.
We had a good time at Nainital and could roam around the place. we liked walking on Mall road while sipping coffee (its so peaceful and refreshing). |
